Role Overview

  • The Account Manager Partnerships plays a key role in supporting the execution of Miral Destinations Sponsorship and Partnership strategy.
  • With the guidance of senior management and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, the Account Manager ensures partnership agreements are effectively executed and deliver value to both partners and Miral.
  • This is a dynamic role involving both internal and external responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of assigned partner accounts, supporting key partnerships as required.
  • Proactive relationship management at all times, maintaining a solutions focused approach.
  • Supporting the delivery of contractual rights for designated partners, ensuring obligations are met.
  • Providing a dedicated and consistently high level of service to partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and contributing to improvements across partnerships.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with relevant contacts within partner organizations.
  • Developing a strong understanding of designated partners business categories.
  • Supporting the delivery of partner contractual obligations, ensuring all requirements are met accurately and on time.
  • Working with partners to maximize the value of their rights by identifying and supporting activation opportunities.
  • Managing approval requests and tracking progress internally and with third party stakeholders.
  • Supporting the tracking and delivery of post campaign evaluations for partner activations.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the overall performance and success of partnerships.

Essential Requirements

  • Educated to degree level (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Relevant experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or account management.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in partnerships, account management, or business development.
  • Experience working in the UAE market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.

What We Are Looking For

  • Relevant experience in account management or partnership roles, ideally supporting brands across multiple sectors and markets.
  • Experience in supporting sponsorship or partnership programs for rights holders, agencies, or brands.
  • Ability to support negotiation of partnership agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Good understanding of brand marketing and experience supporting campaign execution across traditional and digital channels.
  • Ability to contribute to the development and presentation of activation ideas to partners.
  • Experience supporting the planning and implementation of partnership activation programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural landscape is highly desirable.
