Job Scope

  • The Account Manager Partnerships supports execution of Miral Destinations Sponsorship and Partnership strategy.
  • The role involves both internal coordination and external partner management.

Rights Management, Activation and Approvals

  • Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
  • Develop understanding of partners' business categories.
  • Support delivery of partner contractual obligations.
  • Work with partners to maximize value of their rights.
  • Manage approval requests and track progress.
  • Support post campaign evaluations.

Servicing Excellence

  • Day to day management of assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactive relationship management with solutions focused approach.
  • Support delivery of contractual rights for designated partners.
  • Provide dedicated and high level of service to partners.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Team Support

  • Undertake tasks as required within the partnerships team.
  • Ensure status reports are maintained and meetings coordinated.
  • Support development and execution of partnership and sales activities.
  • Coordinate client meetings and guest management.
  • Assist with partner related events and activation requirements.
  • Manage partner trackers, invitations, and engagement opportunities.
  • Liaise with Finance on required processes.

Job Responsibilities (Qualifications)

  • Educated to degree level (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Relevant experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or account management.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in the UAE market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a fast paced commercial or sales environment.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience interacting with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Fluency in Arabic or another language is a plus.
