Overview

  • Serve as the operational point of contact with the client for routine queries and approvals
  • Coordinate between the on site team and the agency's strategic and creative leadership
  • Track deliverable progress, timelines, and approval status
  • Maintain programme documentation and status reporting
  • Support the preparation of presentations and meeting materials
  • Flag risks and issues to senior management proactively
