About the Role
A DFSA-regulated wealth management firm in DIFC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with an established client book and strong business development capabilities. You will manage and expand a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, delivering bespoke investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
- Develop deep, long term relationships by understanding clients' financial objectives, investment preferences, and succession planning needs
- Deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions aligned with clients' risk profiles and financial goals
- Maintain regular engagement with clients through portfolio reviews, market updates, and strategic planning discussions
- Leverage your existing professional network to acquire new HNW and UHNW clients
- Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships
- Identify cross selling opportunities across investment products and wealth management solutions
- Represent the firm at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence
- Provide investment recommendations across multiple asset classes in accordance with the firm's investment philosophy and regulatory framework
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on financial markets, investment products, and funds
- Monitor portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives
- Ensure full compliance with DFSA regulations, internal policies, and applicable legal requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services
- Current or recent experience within a DFSA or ADGM regulated wealth management firm is essential
- Proven experience managing portfolios of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients
- Demonstrated success in business development and relationship management within the private wealth sector
- Existing transferable client book with a minimum AUM of AED 25 million
- Strong understanding of investment advisory, portfolio management, wealth preservation strategies, financial planning, alternative investments, and global financial markets
- Good knowledge of DFSA regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent relationship building and networking capabilities
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to generate new business
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, CISI, or equivalent are highly desirable

Role Overview
- As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients across the UAE and international markets.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, you will deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions while developing long term client relationships built on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
- This role is ideal for an experienced private banker or wealth advisor with an existing transferable client book and a strong understanding of investment advisory, portfolio management, and DFSA regulatory requirements.
