Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in securing retail display, luxury fit out, interior, and brand environment projects.
  • The role focuses on driving new business, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales KPIs across the UAE retail, luxury, and commercial interiors market.

What the Candidate Will Be Selling / Bringing In

  • Luxury interior fit out projects for premium retail and commercial spaces
  • Retail interior fit out and brand environment builds
  • Custom retail fixtures, displays, gondolas, and podiums
  • Window display design, fabrication, and installation
  • Signage and branding solutions (fascia, indoor/outdoor, wayfinding)
  • Visual merchandising and in store brand activation projects
  • Pop up stores and experiential retail environments
  • Themed environments for campaigns, launches, and seasonal activations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the UAE market.
  • Strong background in one or more of the following sectors: Interior Fit Out, Luxury Fit Out, Retail Displays, Signage & Branding, Visual Merchandising, Pop Up Activations, Retail Fixtures & Display Solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue through project based sales.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/KPIs.
  • Existing network of decision makers within luxury retail brands, fashion brands, FMCG companies, F&B operators, malls, developers, marketing agencies, and design consultancies.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments, luxury brand requirements, visual merchandising, and customer experience driven projects.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for repeat business, framework agreements, and multi location brand rollouts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong proposal development and pricing negotiation capabilities.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of fabrication, signage production, retail displays, or fit out project delivery processes would be a strong advantage.
