Role Overview
Manage client relationships for IT and E-Health solutions while supporting satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.
Travel to various locations as needed for project implementations, client meetings, and other business activities.
Responsibilities
- Establish long-term relationships with key clients and develop segment-specific relationship management strategies.
- Understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and demonstrate expertise in IT solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, conduct client updates, and deliver presentations on project status and E-Health.
- Organize meetings and workshops, maintain communication, and address client inquiries and complaints.
- Study market trends and competitors, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with marketing on growth strategies.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback and performance data, and recommend improvements.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Develop processes for tracking and resolving client issues and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare performance reports, measure client relationship KPIs, and present findings to senior management.
- Train clients on new products and services and provide post-implementation support.
- Participate in community outreach programs and travel to support implementations and client meetings.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management.
- Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written English; Arabic is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
