Role Summary
The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners in Qatar.
The role supports partner sales growth, platform optimization, satisfaction, and retention.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term partner relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
- Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
- Conduct business reviews and align partners on results, opportunities, and growth plans.
- Identify account growth opportunities, upsell services, and support cross-promotions.
- Help partners optimize menu content, images, delivery times, and platform performance.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to increase order volume.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations on onboarding and issue resolution.
- Negotiate and renew commercial agreements.
- Monitor service-level compliance, delivery quality, availability, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
- Ability to analyze sales, operational, and engagement data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ability to identify account growth opportunities and improve partner performance.
- Ability to coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve partner needs.
- Ability to negotiate and renew commercial agreements and monitor service-level compliance.
