About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Elastic's AI powered search, observability, and security solutions within new Mid Market accounts
- Act as trusted advisor to help customers harness search analytics
- Position Elastic as the Search AI platform using cloud economics and usage based pricing
- Solve complex data problems beyond simple transactions
- Champion open source and articulate value of commercial features
- Identify new use cases and develop comprehensive business plans
- Navigate complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC
- Partner cross functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps
Requirements
- Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales in Mid Market accounts with overachievement
- High level technical curiosity and value based selling ability
- Ability to craft tailored narratives linking technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Executive negotiation and closing skills
- Technical and cloud fluency
- Relationship building with technical and executive stakeholders
- Consistent sales forecasting and CRM discipline
- Must reside in and be a citizen of KSA
