Responsibilities
- Develop innovative spatial designs, 3D models, and photorealistic renders for brand activations, exhibitions, and stages
- Translate creative briefs and client objectives into immersive physical environments that tell a compelling brand story
- Create accurate 2D/3D floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for structural fabrication and production teams
- Work closely with Account Managers, Creative Directors, and production/technical teams to ensure designs are engaging and feasible
- Participate in pitch meetings to present design concepts, incorporating feedback and translating revisions into updated 3D visuals
- Stay ahead of market trends in experiential marketing, event technologies, sustainability, and spatial design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in spatial design, with a strong focus on events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing
- Expert knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software including 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine
- Strong grasp of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools for construction and fit out documentation
- Practical understanding of materials, lighting concepts, production, and fabrication/fit out processes
- Must have own laptop and software
- Must have own UAE visa
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from Dubai Media City office

Role Summary
- Experiential 3D Designer required for conceptualizing and visualizing immersive brand experiences and related activities.
- Translate complex creative briefs into stunning, photorealistic 3D renders, spatial layouts, and detailed technical drawings for high profile client pitches and on ground execution.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in spatial design, with a strong focus on events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
- Expert knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software. This must include 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine.
- Strong grasp of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools for construction and fit out documentation.
- A practical understanding of materials, lighting concepts, production, and fabrication/fit out processes.
- A robust portfolio showcasing high end experiential spaces and interactive brand pavilions.
Additional Requirements
- Must be fully equipped, with own laptop and software.
- Must have a portfolio ready to share.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from Dubai Media City office.
- Must have own UAE visa.
- Salary depend on experience and length of engagement.
