Position Overview

Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, English, or a closely related field.
- Ph.D. holders are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching communication or related subjects at the tertiary level.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to innovative teaching practices and continuous professional development.
- Experience in Media Studies or Digital Communication will be considered a significant advantage.
Salary And Benefits
- One year renewable contract (renewal subject to evaluations).
- Competitive tax free salary based on academic rank and experience.
- Medical insurance for the employee and eligible dependents residing in the Kingdom (spouse and up to four children under 24).

- Annual round trip air tickets for the employee, spouse, and two children under 18.
- Paid annual vacation of approximately two months, plus two local paid holidays (around 15 days each).
- Education allowance (up to SAR 30,000 per year) for dependent children.
- Furnished accommodation with basic utilities and maintenance, or a housing allowance depending on availability and academic rank.
- End of service gratuity after two consecutive years of employment.
