- Hands on experience with EDA tools such as Synopsys and Cadence is a strong advantage
- Background in analog and/or digital VLSI design, layout, or fabrication processes is a strong advantage
- Experience with advanced CMOS technologies, RFIC, SoC design, or mixed signal circuits is a strong advantage
- Prior involvement in funded research projects, industry collaboration, or technology development is a strong advantage

Position Overview
- The Communications and Networks Engineering Department, College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University is seeking applicants with the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor in Electrical Engineering for Academic Year 2026/2027.
- The candidate is expected to teach undergraduate courses in Electrical Circuits, Electronics Engineering, Advanced Electronics, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Design, Logic Design, Senior Design Project and other related subjects.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable and accredited institution.
- Solid research profile including publications in peer reviewed journals and conferences.
- Commitment to quality in teaching, research, and services.
- Experience or interest in nanoelectronics, microelectronics, VLSI design, or semiconductor devices is highly desirable.
- Hands on experience with EDA tools such as Synopsys and Cadence is a strong advantage.

Job Benefits
- One year renewable contract with competitive salary package based on academic qualification, rank, and teaching experience.
- Medical insurance coverage for employee and dependents (spouse and 4 children below 24 years).

- Round trip tickets for annual leave (maximum 4: employee, spouse, and 2 children below 18 years).
- Paid annual summer vacation of two months plus two local paid holidays of about 15 days each.
