Job Summary
- The Preparatory Year Program (PYP) at Prince Sultan University is inviting qualified candidates to apply for Personal Development Skills Lecturer position for 2026 2027 Academic Year.
Applicants Are Expected To
- Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or other closely related disciplines.
- Have earned a degree from an accredited university and completed it on site as a full time student.
- Have experience in teaching university or foundation year students.
- Have background in student development, life skills, or soft skills instruction.
- Be proficient in English (excellent standard of spoken and written English).
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Use information technology effectively.
- Contribute to the program, departmental committees, and workshops/seminars/scholarly/student activities.
- Teach 16 20 contact hours per semester.
- Work effectively with diverse student populations.

About The Preparatory Year Program (PYP)
- The PYP is a one year program bridging high school and higher education, developing numerical, linguistic, digital, practical, and study skills.
Salary And Benefits
- One year renewable contract with competitive salary based on qualification, rank, and experience.
- Medical insurance for employee and dependents (spouse & 4 children below 24).
- Transport allowance.
- Round trip tickets for annual leave (max 4: employee, spouse, 2 children below 18).
- Paid annual summer vacation of 2 months plus 2 local paid holidays of about 15 days each.
- Tuition fees up to 30,000 SAR for children attending school in Kingdom.
- Free furnished accommodation or housing allowance based on academic rank.
- End of service yearly gratuity starting from 2nd year of continuous service.
