Overview
1.
To ensure every pool is properly managed administratively and operationally.
Coordinate with Pharmacies to ensure Fulfilment rate is as per benchmark.
2.
Complete
management of Riders
from their Duty Roster, performance management etc.
Ensuring the cost of delivery is well managed and the Customer promise of delivery time is not breached.
3.
Work will be in the
shifts
and 6 days a week.
4.
To ensure
right processes
in place and ensure cash is collected, books are tallied, any fraud reported.
5.
Define and
prepare SOP
and ensure its implementation
6.
To keep the Customer happiness high
with NPS above 75
.
And complaints less than 0.5%
7.
Monitoring and evaluating
the business with analytical skills and reporting daily weekly on progress on defined KPIs.
Added to it some daily KPIs, like Proper Day closing, Daily sales and TAT report.
8.
People Management
is a key where need to ensure the team is motivated and performing optimal. hand holding and training on different software and their adherence.
9.
Field Visits :-
To have regular field visits to have control over riders activities .
10.
Call Management
- To make sure the right order is allocated to right rider and if there is any issues handled via call management.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong administrative and operational management skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Experience in performance management and cost control
- Ability to work in shifts and handle a six-day workweek
- Proficient in developing and implementing SOPs
- Strong analytical skills for business monitoring and reporting
- Effective people management skills with a focus on motivation and training
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits
- Strong problem-solving skills for call management
- Driving license preferred
