Purpose of the Role

  • The Assistant Manager – Marketing supports the execution of integrated marketing strategies across category marketing, events marketing, local marketing, Loyalty Marketing and Social Media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of category wise marketing plans (OTC, skincare, baby care, wellness, medical devices).
  • Align promotions with business objectives in coordination with category managers.
  • Plan monthly promotional calendars aligned with sales targets.
  • Manage supplier funded campaigns and co marketing activities.
  • Track category performance and campaign ROI.
  • Ensure POS materials and in store visibility for key categories.
  • Plan and execute health awareness campaigns and promotional events.
  • Coordinate mall activations, store openings, and in store promotional events.
  • Manage event vendors, branding, logistics, and budgets.
  • Prepare post event reports and ROI analysis.
  • Develop localized marketing initiatives based on store performance.
  • Support new store launch campaigns (offline & digital).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
