- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator (Low Code Platform)
- Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, and reports
- Administer and optimize Zoho Projects for project tracking and team collaboration
- Configure and support Zoho Desk to enhance customer support operations
- Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
- Integrate Zoho applications with third party systems and APIs
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision making
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end user support
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance across Zoho applications
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Zoho Development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Zoho Administration
- Certification in Zoho Creator
- Strong hands on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third party integrations
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization
- Knowledge of database concepts and data migration
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
