A Dubai healthcare clinic is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in medical/aesthetic/dental clinic sales. The role involves generating new business, building partnerships with corporate clients and insurance companies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase clinic revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, referral partners, and healthcare professionals
- Promote the clinic's healthcare services, wellness programs, and treatment packages
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, and digital channels
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Coordinate with medical, operations, and marketing teams for seamless client onboarding
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates
- Represent the clinic at healthcare exhibitions, networking events, and corporate wellness programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development or Sales experience within medical clinics, dental clinics, hospitals, or aesthetic clinics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong network within the UAE healthcare industry highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage)
- UAE Driving License preferred

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Compensation
- Salary: AED 8000 10000/Month + Sales Incentives
- Pay: AED 8,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
