- Build strong relationships with players and act as proactive point of contact for parents
- Use technology for schedule tracking, player progress logging, and communication
Requirements
- Valid FIBA Coaching License or equivalent international certification
- Minimum of 5 years of head coaching experience with youth athletes (ages 4 18)
- Deep understanding of basketball tactics and game strategies
- Exceptional leadership qualities with positive, encouraging demeanor
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using basic technology and scheduling/communication apps

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
