- Take full ownership of the volleyball division, managing all logistical and operational aspects including scheduling, inventory tracking, and equipment maintenance
- Design and lead high energy, engaging practices for youth players (ages 4 18) of all skill levels
- Oversee successful rollout and consistent quality of the volleyball program across two designated Hangtime locations in Dubai
- Develop a volleyball specific curriculum that integrates Hangtime's psychological and character building philosophy
- Act as primary face of the volleyball program, building trust with parents through clear communication regarding player progress, schedules, and program goals
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment that encourages player retention and long term development
Requirements
- Valid international or national volleyball coaching certification (e.g., FIVB level or equivalent)
- Significant experience as a Head Coach or Program Director working with youth athletes (ages 4 18)
- Exceptional administrative abilities with capacity to manage equipment, court schedules, and staff
- Strong leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and positive demeanor
- Fluent in English with ability to confidently pitch program vision to parents and players

Role Overview
- Seeking a highly organized, passionate, and experienced Head Volleyball Coach to build and lead the volleyball program from A to Z.
- Responsible for spearheading the launch and daily operations of the sport across two initial academy locations.
- Ideal candidate is an expert in volleyball tactics and player development, and a capable manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Monthly salary (AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 based on experience).
