Workshop Supervisor (AU)

Join Our Crew as Workshop Supervisor! Step into a leadership role with our project teams, in an environment that values innovation and teamwork!

Our project team is expanding! This role for a Workshop Supervisor to be based onsite in the Pilbara region, Western Australia. This role will be reporting to the site Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, leading a team of tradespeople to deliver planned and breakdown maintenance across a diverse fleet of earthmoving machinery to support the projects.

Based in the Pilbara

In addition to working with a great team, the successful applicant will receive ongoing project exposure, allowing you to further develop your technical and leadership skills. There will be an opportunity for a strong performer to progress their career and move into senior roles or onto various pipeline projects.

Previous experience in a similar role is a must (5 years +)

Previous experience in a supervisory role within mining or heavy earthmoving environments

Trade qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent)

Strong understanding of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machinery

Effective communication & people skills

Proven leadership and team management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote FIFO environment

Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge

Previous project coordination/supervision experience
