Project Administrator

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic person with a positive, can-do attitude to support the day-to-day administrative duties to join our Asset Maintenance Southwest team. This role would suit a hands-on administrator who is looking to add value to our teams by providing quality support and assistance in project coordination to our clients, and sub-contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and sub-contract labour forces regarding upcoming planned activity
- Scheduling
- Adjusting the labour diary based on live changes
- Handling the administration of the materials with the dispatch team
- Working closely with Schedulers, Account Managers, and Yard/Logistics teams
- Data entry
- General administration
The successful applicant will ideally have
Previous experience in a similar position
A professional focus and attention to detail is key
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and ability
Strong communication and people skills
Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
