Ground Based Boilermaker

SRG Global are seeking trade qualified Boilermakers to participate in an ‘Upskill to Rope Access’ program with subsidized training on offer. The training will be from the 19th to the 23rd October 2026.

If successful, you will become an IRATA Rope Access qualified trade technician and be offered long term and ongoing FIFO opportunities in the mining industry. We are looking for individuals who value safety, thrive in high-paced team environments and are seeking a rewarding career.

We have ongoing maintenance and shutdown works servicing tier 1 clients in various locations throughout the Pilbara and Port Hedland region.

This role is open to WA based personnel only.

Australian Recognized Trade Certificate

Proficient in Oxy-cutting, Arc air gauging, plasma cutting and the use of hand and power tools

Confident with Mig & Stick Welding on various metal types

Be sufficiently fit and comfortable working safely in confined spaces and/or at height following safe access procedures.

Experience working in a heavy industrial environment

Mining shutdown work experience is advantageous

Australian Drivers License

Working at Heights (completed within 2 years)

Confined Spaces (completed within 2 years)

Construction white card

Current High Risk Work License

Ability to meet site requirements
