- Coordinate daily workshop operations for rental generators (Gensets)
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor generator preparation, testing, dispatch, and return processes
- Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and rental operations teams
- Ensure timely availability of generators and related equipment for rental projects
- Maintain service records, job cards, maintenance logs, and workshop documentation
- Track spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements
- Follow up on equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding equipment status and delivery schedules
Requirements
- Experience in workshop coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of generator (Genset) operations
