Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on chillers, compressors, motors, pumps, cooling towers, valves, and associated HVAC equipment
- Carry out periodic inspections, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure optimum equipment performance
- Operate and maintain specialized tools such as manifold gauges, vibration analyzers, refrigerant recovery machines, and pressure washers
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures including mechanical and electrical isolation, LOTO, and HSE standards
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematic layouts, and technical manuals
- Support condition assessments, equipment configuration, and modification of HVAC assets
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with air cooled chillers
- Experience with YORK and Daikin chillers preferred
- Knowledge of compressors, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps, VFDs, pressurization units, pressure regulators
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Good communication skills in English

Key Purpose
- The role is responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of various types of chillers and cooling plant equipment, either independently or as part of a technical team, across designated sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on chillers, compressors, motors, pumps, cooling towers, valves, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Carry out periodic inspections, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure optimum equipment performance.
- Operate and maintain specialized tools such as manifold gauges, vibration analyzers, refrigerant recovery machines, and pressure washers.
