Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults in split AC units, package units, ducted split systems, FCUs, AHUs, exhaust and ventilation systems
- Inspect, clean, and replace filters, belts, motors, coils, thermostats, and other HVAC components
- Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance checks
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport technicians, materials, tools, and spare parts between sites
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements
- Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip reports
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of UAE traffic laws

HVAC Technician Duties
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in split AC units, package units, ducted split systems, FCUs, AHUs, exhaust and ventilation systems.
- Inspect, clean, and replace filters, belts, motors, coils, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
- Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance checks.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Complete maintenance reports, inspection checklists, and service records accurately.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned work orders.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Driver Duties
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport technicians, materials, tools, and spare parts between sites.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip reports where required.
