Role overview
The Workplace Service Delivery Associate Manager oversees integrated facilities across assigned locations and ensures service delivery meets business, compliance, and corporate standards.
The role covers workplace operations, engineering services, service partners, budgets, compliance, audits, stakeholder engagement, team development, sustainability, EHS, and operational continuity.
Integrated facilities management
- Plan and manage workplace operations, budgets, service levels, service partner performance, and operational improvements for assigned locations.
- Oversee onsite asset management, engineering, building maintenance, cleaning, office services, mail, logistics, and storage.
- Track service delivery across the integrated facilities management contract and establish recurring performance connects with service partners.
- Maintain MIS and reporting requirements, including monthly and quarterly report formats and circulation timelines.
Engineering and compliance
- Review engineering infrastructure uptime and support repair, maintenance, operating expenditure, and capital expenditure initiatives.
- Support sustainability and risk mitigation initiatives and review third-party vendor statutory compliance.
