Role Overview
The Workday Integration Lead will deliver integration work within KPMG’s Workday practice and support client implementation projects.
The role provides hands-on opportunities to develop Workday integrations and custom reports while collaborating with functional teams and third-party vendors.
What You Will Do
- Analyze client issues and develop technology solutions.
- Build business relationships with client teams and executives through engagement delivery and professional networking.
- Take accountability for Workday integration deliverables and support the end-to-end integration process.
- Define requirements and develop solutions with functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Develop Workday integrations and custom reports.
- Participate in discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review activities.
- Use Workday implementation tools for day-to-day integration activities.
- Support cross-functional activities outside the integration stream.
- Contribute to methodologies, intellectual capital, research, proposals, business development, and demos.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information business, technology, or a related field.
