Role Overview
KPMG is hiring a Workday Compensation Lead for its Workday practice.
The role leads client engagements, teams, and Workday Compensation delivery while developing subject matter expertise and client relationships.
What You Will Do
- Lead client engagements and teams to successful Workday Compensation outcomes.
- Design and configure end-to-end Workday Compensation solutions for clients across industries.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and advise on Compensation integrations and reports.
- Convert legacy data into Workday and collect client feedback in an Agile development environment.
- Support production cutover, transition, and ongoing production activities.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for KPMG and client leaders.
- Support proposals, client pursuits, business development, and presentations to senior executives.
- Build relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking.
- Contribute to internal training and share Workday product knowledge with consulting teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years implementing enterprise solutions, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Thorough understanding of Workday Compensation processes, best practices, and regulations.
