Role Overview
Provide administrative support across KPMG’s Client Administration function within Business Enablement Services.
Support partners, senior managers, managers, and client service teams while helping deliver timely, high-quality client service products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to partners, senior managers, managers, and client service teams.
- Follow risk management and branding guidelines to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate, prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Manage partners’ calendars and contact databases proactively and independently.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, conference calls, video conferences, live meetings, and required materials.
- Assist with proposals and partner time and expense reports.
- Business needs may occasionally require work beyond normal hours or work weeks.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of administration experience.
- College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience with an administrative assistant skill set.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Excellent communication, project management, judgment, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
