Support insurance clients with strategic and operational transformation challenges.
Work across Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and Workers’ Compensation organizations.
What you will do
- Own analyses, work products, and deliverables for client engagements.
- Support transformation across Digital, Distribution, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, and related functions.
- Conduct current-state assessments, process mapping, data analysis, and future-state design.
- Prepare client-ready presentations, models, and reports.
- Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, project milestones, and stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to insurance knowledge sharing, practice initiatives, and thought leadership.
What you bring
- Three to five years of consulting or financial services industry experience.
- Experience supporting strategic or operational change and business transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Insurance experience and core insurance technology platform experience are preferred or assets.
Valued experience
- Experience with large-scale technology-enabled transformations is valued.
- Progress toward an MBA, PMP, insurance designation, or other relevant designation is an asset.
- Experience exploring or deploying AI in day-to-day operations is an asset.
Compensation
- Expected base salary range is $95,000 to $107,000 per year.
- The role may be eligible for bonus awards.
