Where You Will Make a Difference
- Serve as a Senior Workday Developer, techno-functional lead, and solution architect for Workday implementations.
- Lead technical architecture, solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Workday solutions.
- Provide expertise across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent functionality.
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, APIs, RaaS, XML/XSLT, and SFTP.
- Configure and support Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, approvals, notifications, calculated fields, custom objects, and security.
- Design and develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, RaaS, dashboard, and BIRT reports.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews for Workday developers and implementation partners.
- Establish development standards, error handling, logging, monitoring, documentation, and deployment practices.
