Job Summary
IFF is seeking an Analyst focused on service excellence within its Global Business Services organization.
The role is based in Hyderabad, India, and operates under a hybrid model.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Perform daily GR-IR account reconciliations using SAP and Blackline and resolve open items promptly.
- Monitor GR-IR balances, review aged items, and collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Receiving teams to resolve mismatches.
- Prepare reconciliation documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits with reports, explanations, and auditor communications.
- Review Blackline reconciliations, analyze trends, complete fluctuation analysis, and manage process metrics.
- Organize monthly briefings with GPOs, implement policy updates, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and escalate reconciliation issues, perform root cause analysis, and assist with corrective actions.
- Act as the focal point for external financial and statutory filings under US GAAP, local accounting principles, and legal requirements.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve processes, reduce complexity, and drive continuous improvement.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Qualified accountant with CA, CMA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification and a bachelor's degree in commerce.
