Job Summary
Manage reliable and compliant logistics for temperature-sensitive products across the supply chain.
The role is based in Melbourne, Australia and is onsite.
Work in a customer-focused and solution-oriented logistics team.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including 3PL warehousing, import customs clearance and local delivery.
- Manage cold-chain and deep-freeze storage and transport conditions for temperature-sensitive food products.
- Process logistics transactions in SAP and prepare customs-clearance documentation.
- Monitor customs declarations, resolve issues and escalate risks.
- Manage logistics KPIs, service performance and cost verification with 3PL providers.
- Monitor warehouse and transport processes for efficiency, integrity, traceability and compliance.
- Partner with internal functions and external service providers for smooth logistics execution.
- Lead process and cost-optimization projects and investigate complaints or temperature excursions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
- More than five years of logistics management experience.
