Responsibilities
- Lead end to end proposal development and submission activities for multidisciplinary consultancy opportunities
- Develop pursuit strategies, proposal structures, win themes, and submission plans
- Draft, coordinate, review, and compile compliant and compelling proposal submissions
- Coordinate bids with Heads of Divisions, technical teams, subconsultants, and commercial teams
- Prepare and coordinate commercial fee proposals and resource allocation schedules
- Manage sub consultancy engagement process
- Coordinate proposal formatting, visual presentation, and submission packaging
- Review tender documents, addenda, and clarifications
- Lead proposal storyboarding, content planning, and narrative development
- Prepare executive summaries, capability statements, and technical content
- Mentor and supervise work winning coordinators and proposal contributors
- Monitor market intelligence and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant qualification
- Over 10 years of experience in administration and proposal management for LDC bids
- Experience within engineering, architecture, or professional consultancy environment preferred
- Strong understanding of consultancy services, procurement processes, and commercial coordination
- Experience managing complex multidisciplinary and high value pursuits
- Experience with InDesign, CRM systems, and proposal management platforms

Job Purpose

Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant qualification.
- Over 10 years of experience in administration and proposal management for LDC bids.
- Experience within engineering, architecture, or professional consultancy environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of consultancy services, procurement processes, and commercial coordination.
- Experience managing complex multidisciplinary and high value pursuits.
- Experience with InDesign, CRM systems, and proposal management platforms.
- Strong graphic coordination and presentation development capabilities.
