About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design process on building projects, including analysis and preparation of calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, authority requirements, internal quality procedures, and project standards.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and contractor submissions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to graduate engineers, engineers, and BIM staff.
- Help drive innovation in structural engineering, including advanced analysis, BIM enabled workflows, and parametric/digital tools.
- Participate in project and client meetings, offering technical input and resolving structural challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works for conformance with design intent and safety requirements.
- Respond to RFIs and manage design changes during design and construction.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and authorities to maintain approvals and progress.
- Maintain project records, progress reporting, and documentation.
- Promote HSE compliance throughout structural activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 8 10 years of experience in building structures
- Proven experience in steel and concrete design
- Strong knowledge of UAE/KSA and international design codes
- Proficiency in structural design software and Revit aware workflows
- Strong project coordination, technical review, and stakeholder management capability
