About the Role
AESG is seeking a Structural Engineer to deliver structural design packages for building projects. The role involves structural analysis, design development, drawing coordination, and support during design and construction stages.

Responsibilities
- Undertake structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, steel, and composite elements
- Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, and design sketches
- Coordinate structural deliverables with architects, MEP engineers, and BIM technicians
- Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements, international codes, and project quality standards
- Support production and review of drawings, schedules, and BIM based deliverables
- Help drive innovation in structural engineering including advanced analysis, BIM enabled workflows, and parametric/digital tools
- Participate in project meetings and respond to technical queries from stakeholders
- Assist in reviewing contractor submissions, RFIs, and construction stage design changes
- Contribute to site visits and inspections as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 5 years of experience in building structures
- Good knowledge of concrete and steel design
- Working knowledge of structural software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, TEDDS or similar
- Revit coordination awareness
- Basic knowledge of parametric design
- Good communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
