The opportunity

Placement coordination and operations

• Lead planning, coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of practicum and WIL activities across multiple programs.
• Oversee placement allocation, learner assignments, registration activities, placement systems, agreements, databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate learner compliance requirements, including immunizations, Police Information Checks, fit-testing, and confidentiality agreements.
• Develop standardized WIL policies, procedures, workflows, and tools and advise stakeholders on complex placement issues.

Partnerships and engagement

• Represent the School with healthcare organizations, community agencies, industry partners, regulatory bodies, and government stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships that expand placement capacity, support student employment pathways, and address workforce needs.
• Implement innovative practicum opportunities and support preceptors, supervisors, and partner organizations.
