- Provide Level 2/3 support for WMS related issues. Troubleshoot system errors, integration failures, and user issues
Requirements
- Hands on expertise with Infor WMS (Cloud or On Prem), with a strong grasp of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows
- Experience working with warehouse technologies, including RF scanners, barcode systems, and printers
- Background in 3PL, retail, or e commerce environments, with exposure to automation systems such as conveyors and robotics

Job Description

Qualifications
- Open to Asian nationals, aged 38 years old and below
- Hands on expertise with Infor WMS (Cloud or On Prem), with a strong grasp of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows
- Experience working with warehouse technologies, including RF scanners, barcode systems, and printers
- Background in 3PL, retail, or e commerce environments, with exposure to automation systems such as conveyors and robotics
