- Maintain strict security measures for handling high value jewellery inventory. Minimize stock loss through effective controls and staff awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury jewellery store, with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations, customer service standards, and luxury retail etiquette
- Proven experience handling high value jewellery, including knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certifications
- Demonstrated ability to serve VIP, UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth), and international clientele within the GCC luxury retail market

The Role

- Salary AED: up to 23,000 plus commission depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description
