Role Overview

Co-op Program

• The co-op program provides hands-on experience, professional guidance, skills development, and opportunities to explore professional interests.
• Program resources include professional development sessions, a development platform, networking events, and mentorship from leaders and colleagues.

Timing and Compensation

• The role starts in January 2027 and has an application deadline of September 28, 2026.
• The estimated compensation range is $18-$32 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements according to architectural guidelines and specifications.
• Conduct functional and fit-gap analyses for ERP implementations.
• Participate in application configuration based on client requirements.
• Provide recommendations based on best practices and business needs.
• Support functional and technical teams in implementing solutions.
• Participate in system testing, solution validation, and defect tracking.
• Follow up with users and help resolve Application Management Services requests or incidents.
• Analyze enhancement and improvement requests for existing solutions.
• Contribute to accelerators, tools, and internal solutions that improve team and project efficiency.
• Participate in ERP innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, procedures, and reference tools.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Autonomy, curiosity, initiative, deadline management, organization, and responsibility are expected.
• Knowledge of finance is considered an asset.
• Interest in technology, ERP systems, automation, and innovation is considered an asset.
• French and English bilingualism is an asset.
• Knowledge of or practical experience with Agile development methodologies is considered an asset.
