Role Overview

CGI is seeking a full-time Product Manager for its FX Trading and Capital Markets product team.

The role drives product strategy and roadmap priorities with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Workplace

  • This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the downtown Toronto office or another designated work location at least two days per week.
  • The attendance requirement may change.

Responsibilities

  • Own product features, communicate product vision, and prioritize delivery of maximum value.
  • Develop and prioritize backlogs, features, and user stories with product groups, architects, and implementation teams.
  • Participate in product design sessions aligned with market and user requirements.
  • Deliver P&L requirements covering budgets, business management, opportunity financials, profitability, and delivery.
  • Develop business architecture direction and facilitate feature grooming sessions.
  • Research business challenges, market trends, competitive conditions, and technological capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales, development, marketing, customer support, and professional services as a product specialist.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience with FX trading solutions or service providers.
  • Strong exposure to foreign exchange assets, FX options, front-to-back-office transaction processing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong technical skills and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Effective business and technical communication, analytical problem-solving, listening, and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to evaluate conflicting information, create detailed requirements, mentor teams, and foster knowledge sharing.

Compensation

  • The estimated compensation range is CAD 95,000–CAD 145,000.
  • The range considers skills, geographic market, experience, training, licenses, and certifications.
