Winter 2027 Co-op: ERP Functional Analyst (4 months)

Role Overview

Program Details

• This is a Winter 2027 co-op role with a January 2027 start date and a four-month duration.
• The application deadline is September 28, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements using architectural guidelines and specifications.
• Conduct functional and fit-gap analyses for ERP implementations.
• Participate in application configuration based on client requirements.
• Provide recommendations based on best practices and business needs.
• Support functional and technical teams during solution implementation.
• Participate in system testing, solution validation and defect tracking.
• Follow up with users and help resolve requests or incidents through Application Management Services.
• Analyze enhancement and improvement requests for existing solutions.
• Contribute to accelerators, tools and internal solutions that improve team and project efficiency.
• Participate in innovation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, procedures and reference tools.
• Perform other related duties.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, Business Technology Management or a related field.
• The role requires attention to detail, efficient work habits, autonomy, curiosity, initiative, deadline management, organization and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of finance is considered an asset.
• Interest in technology, ERP systems, automation and innovation is considered an asset.
• French and English bilingualism is an asset because the role may involve national and international clients.
• Knowledge of or practical experience with Agile development methodologies is considered an asset.

Compensation

• The estimated compensation range is $18 to $32 per hour, depending on skills, geographic market, experience, training, licenses and certifications.
