Role Overview

Workplace

• This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the downtown Toronto office or applicable work location at least two days per week.
• The attendance requirement is subject to change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation, process optimization, and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions using industry best practices.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement through process mapping, root cause analysis, KPI definition, and performance optimization.
• Lead change management activities supporting stakeholder alignment, adoption, and implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to solve business problems and define future-state processes.
• Provide consulting support through business analysis, transformation planning, and operational excellence recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in business consulting, business analysis, transformation, or process improvement.
• Strong experience with business transformation and end-to-end process optimization.
• Demonstrated skills in process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, KPI definition, and performance improvement.
• Experience leading change management activities and supporting stakeholder adoption.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop strategic, scalable recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Compensation

• The employer provides a reasonable estimated pay range of $95,000 to $145,000.
• Compensation decisions consider factors including skill level, geographic market, experience, training, licenses, and certifications.
