Responsibilities
- Follow the operations of winder and run with maximum output
- Observe roll condition and inform dry end operator/shift leader of any defects
- Control physical defects like crease, trim overflow, piping, correct size, correct reel diameter, and good Intel and hardness of reel as per QC standard
- Insert core and perform reel tapping
- Coordinate with maintenance for any issues
- Run winder at design speed
- Produce winder production rolls as per SAP generated roll card
Requirements
- Experience in winder operation in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to control physical defects like crease, trim overflow, and piping
- Knowledge of SAP for production roll card generation

Basic Function

Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow the operations of winder and run with maximum output
- Observe the roll condition and inform dry end operator/shift leader for any defects
- Responsible to control physical defects like crease, trim overflow and piping etc., correct size, correct reel diameter as per JOS and good Intel, hardness of reel as per QC standard and responsible for any defect due to winder operations
