- Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned
- Monitor stock levels and prepare material requests when required
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests
- Maintain inventory records, stock reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project teams
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation
- Monitor tools, equipment, and material movements
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of store items
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
