- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure workers comply with PPE requirements and safety procedures
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers
- Monitor work areas, equipment, and tools for safety compliance
- Ensure safe execution of activities including lifting, excavation, scaffolding, and working at height
- Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions
- Assist HSE Officers in implementing safety procedures and site safety plans
- Monitor compliance with risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain safety inspection records and daily safety reports
- Support incident reporting and investigation activities
- Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to improve workplace safety
Requirements
- Experience in construction safety supervision
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and identify hazards
- Experience with high rise building and villa projects
