- Keep stock preparation equipment in good condition
- Control manpower and overtime as per budget
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping
- Control downtime due to stock issues
- Train subordinates to handle their area of responsibility
- Ensure arrangement of raw material as per quantity and quality budget
- Responsible for continuous feeding of machines with pulp at budget cost
- Follow safety regulations and maintain safe working conditions
- Control consistency and SR for different grades
- Conduct trials in stock plant as needed
- Perform daily SAP entries for consumption and reconciliation
- Maintain process parameters log book and audit IMS documentation
Requirements
- Experience in stock preparation or pulp and paper operations
- Knowledge of process parameters and quality control
- Ability to manage raw material inventory and budget
- Familiarity with SAP for consumption entries and reconciliation
- Strong safety awareness and housekeeping standards

Job Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

- Follow the instructions of Production Manager as routine job and responsibility.
- Supply pulp with good quality so as not to affect production disturbance and quality loss.
