Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced B2B / Wholesale & Corporate Gifting Sales Lead to drive business development and accelerate revenue growth across corporate gifting, hospitality and wholesale channels throughout the UAE and GCC.
  • This is a hands on commercial role where you will manage the complete sales cycle, develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and help build a scalable sales engine.

Responsibilities Corporate Gifting

  • Develop and grow corporate gifting accounts across banks, airlines, developers, government entities, family businesses and large enterprises.
  • Promote personalized gifting solutions including branded packaging and customized products.
  • Build seasonal corporate gifting campaigns.

Hospitality Sales

  • Secure supply agreements with hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups and luxury venues.
  • Expand existing accounts into regional multi property partnerships.

Wholesale & Retail

  • Identify and onboard new retail stockists throughout the UAE, GCC and international markets.
  • Develop wholesale partnerships and encourage repeat business.

Sales Management

  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Manage client meetings, proposals, negotiations and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and sales forecast.
  • Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company during exhibitions, networking events and trade shows.
  • Protect profitability through commercial pricing and payment terms.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience within one or more of: Corporate Gifting, Luxury Products, Premium Homeware, Tableware, Hospitality Supply, Premium FMCG.
  • Existing network of procurement, marketing, retail buying or hospitality decision makers.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing complete sales pipelines.
  • Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
  • English is essential. Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
