A fast-growing premium lifestyle brand in Dubai seeks a B2B Wholesale & Corporate Gifting Sales Lead to drive revenue across corporate gifting, hospitality, and wholesale channels in the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow corporate gifting accounts across banks, airlines, developers, government entities, family businesses and large enterprises
- Promote personalized gifting solutions including branded packaging and customized products
- Build seasonal corporate gifting campaigns
- Secure supply agreements with hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups and luxury venues
- Expand existing accounts into regional multi property partnerships
- Identify and onboard new retail stockists throughout the UAE, GCC and international markets
- Develop wholesale partnerships and encourage repeat business
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Manage client meetings, proposals, negotiations and commercial agreements
- Maintain an accurate CRM and sales forecast
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Represent the company during exhibitions, networking events and trade shows
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within one or more of: Corporate Gifting, Luxury Products, Premium Homeware, Tableware, Hospitality Supply, Premium FMCG
- Existing network of procurement, marketing, retail buying or hospitality decision makers
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience managing complete sales pipelines
- Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build processes from scratch
- English essential; Arabic highly advantageous
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced B2B / Wholesale & Corporate Gifting Sales Lead to drive business development and accelerate revenue growth across corporate gifting, hospitality and wholesale channels throughout the UAE and GCC.
- This is a hands on commercial role where you will manage the complete sales cycle, develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and help build a scalable sales engine.
Responsibilities Corporate Gifting
- Develop and grow corporate gifting accounts across banks, airlines, developers, government entities, family businesses and large enterprises.
- Promote personalized gifting solutions including branded packaging and customized products.
- Build seasonal corporate gifting campaigns.
Hospitality Sales
- Secure supply agreements with hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups and luxury venues.
- Expand existing accounts into regional multi property partnerships.
Wholesale & Retail
- Identify and onboard new retail stockists throughout the UAE, GCC and international markets.
- Develop wholesale partnerships and encourage repeat business.
Sales Management
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Manage client meetings, proposals, negotiations and commercial agreements.
