- Take full ownership of team revenue performance and drive sustainable month on month and quarter on quarter growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales vision and commercial strategy
- Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and client segments
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team through regular performance reviews and mentoring
- Build a high performance sales culture focused on accountability and results
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and ensure excellent CRM discipline
- Maintain accurate forecasting and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership
- Improve client acquisition, retention and average deal value
- Build strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies
- Support profitability by improving revenue while protecting margins
- Manage sales budgets effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience leading successful B2B sales teams
- Strong commercial leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent coaching and people management abilities
- Experience managing CRM systems with high data accuracy
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- Experience within Advertising, Media, Events, Business Communities or similar industries is highly preferred
- Established business network within the UAE market is advantageous
- Results driven with strong analytical and commercial acumen
