Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across exhibitions, trade shows, and brand events
- Build relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, procurement departments, agencies, and event organisers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract award
- Conduct consultative meetings to understand client objectives and exhibition requirements
- Prepare detailed client briefs before engaging internal design teams
- Work closely with Design, Estimation, and Production teams throughout the proposal process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross selling, and account growth
- Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure opportunities are properly qualified before committing internal resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- 4 6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience
- Previous experience within Exhibition Design & Build, Events, Experiential Marketing or Project based Services is highly preferred
- Strong consultative selling experience
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English
- UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
