About The Company

  • Our client is a well established design and build company delivering premium exhibition stands, experiential marketing solutions, and branded environments across the UAE and GCC.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the exhibitions and events industry in the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across exhibitions, trade shows, and brand events.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, procurement departments, agencies, and event organisers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract award.
  • Conduct consultative meetings to understand client objectives and exhibition requirements.
  • Prepare detailed client briefs before engaging internal design teams.
  • Work closely with Design, Estimation, and Production teams throughout the proposal process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross selling, and account growth.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Ensure opportunities are properly qualified before committing internal resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • 4 6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
  • Previous experience within Exhibition Design & Build, Events, Experiential Marketing or Project based Services is highly preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Arabic is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
  • Self motivated with excellent relationship management skills.
