About the Role
The Greater Change is hiring a Telesales Consultant for a precious metals investment company in Dubai. You will conduct outbound calls to acquire new investors, present gold and silver investment opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Qualify prospective investors based on investment objectives, liquidity and suitability
- Present investment opportunities in physical gold and silver as portfolio diversification solutions
- Confidently handle objections relating to pricing, storage, investment risk and market conditions
- Convert qualified prospects into first time investors
- Coordinate smooth client handover to Portfolio Managers
- Maintain accurate CRM records including notes, pipeline stages and follow up activities
- Achieve monthly activity, conversion and revenue targets
Requirements
- 1 3 years of outbound telesales experience
- Experience selling financial services, investments, insurance, wealth products or other high value consultative products
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred
- Strong objection handling and consultative selling abilities
- Demonstrated success against sales KPIs and conversion targets
- UAE based or willing to relocate

- Due to continued growth across the GCC, they are expanding their sales team with ambitious, performance driven professionals.
